I was super excited to see this in my mailbox earlier this week, it was like Christmas all over again. I had been eyeing this for quite awhile, and the hubby finally agreed to me ordering it! :-) BHCosmetics That'sHeart palette contains 8 eye shadows, a bronzer, a blush and a highlighter in one small, sleek palette. 5 of the eyeshadows are neutral colors, then you have a baby pink, a deep blue, and a teal. The bronzer seems to be a great universal color and great to contour with. The highlighter is a good mix of pink and gold with a great shimmer. It is not glittery like most drugstore highlighters. Now, lets get nitty gritty with it.
Let's start with the first row of eye shadows. The only, literally only, thing I DO NOT like about this palette is that there are no names of color! :-( The very first color is a shimmery, white taupe with micro glitter. This is a good brow highlight for a shimmery touch in a simple eye look. The next is a soft, satin baby pink. This is a really pretty color, great for the lid. The next one is a deeper purple with a satin finish. I used this one today and it went on just amazingly smooth. The last is a shimmery teal color that is great for an accent color. I have only swatched this color so I am not sure how the color will turn out on the eye but I am excited to find out.

(teal, purple, pink, white taupe)
The second row of eye shadows are all neutral colors. The first one is a beige shimmer with a touch of micro-glitter. This one comes off really light, if you are a deeper skin tone, you might be able to pull this one off as a highlighter. I can't, I'm ghost white lol The next I can only describe as a milk chocolate satin color. It is absolutely a gorgeous lid color, and smooth...oh goodness, so smooth, and minimal fallout. All the colors in the palette are this way, it is just amazing. The next is a reddish, coppery, shimmery color that is just amazing in the crease. The last eye shadow is a dark brown color that's not matte, but not full on satin or shimmer either. It's got a very little shimmer to it. This is a great color for defining the crease.
(darkest brown, copper, medium brown, beige)
The last row of products is a spilt pan of bronzer and highlighter, and a full pan of blush. The bronzer is a warm brown that is a touch shimmery, but when swatched, and put on the cheeks, is not shimmery at all. This is a great contour color for me. The highlighter next to it is a white goldish pinkish color. It has a great blend of both golds and pinks, so this should work great with yellow and pink undertones. It is not glittery, but rather the perfect shimmer that you want in a face highlight. The blush in pan looks like a highly pigmented bright pink blush, but when swatched and put on the face, it comes out to be a more muted, softer, natural looking blush for the perfect flush of color.
(blush, highlight, bronzer)
All in all, I think this is a great palette for anyone to own, especially great for new makeup users as well. The price point was to die for($14.95 at bhcosmetics.com). YouTube beauty guru That'sHeart and BHCosmetics did a great job with this one!
